Build is priced to suit the client and work involved
Price work
SMR will work closely with the client to agree a price per stage involved in the build, labour only. On occassions, we can agree to provide fixings for parts of the project.
Day rate
SMR will quote for a day rate in accordance with the size of the build and the work required, labour only.
Bespoke
SMR will work closely with the architect, consider the plans and work involved and provide an overall build cost, labour only.
